Lead Engineer
Coruh Celikbilek brings over three decades of expertise in the energy sector, specializing in large- scale Cogeneration and Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects and renewable energy solutions. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an Executive Certificate from Harvard Business School, Coruh has held diverse leadership roles in project design, execution, business development, and energy politics and planning across Turkey, Pakistan, Israel, and the Middle East.
Prior to his current role, Coruh contracted over 4 GW of CCPP and 3 GW of renewable projects in international markets. His extensive background includes leading the execution of multiple conventional and renewable assets, such as 4.2 GW of Cogeneration and CCPP, 960 MW of hydro, and geothermal projects, while also overseeing the establishment of a wind turbine manufacturing facility and directing the planning of a 500 MW annual solar panel manufacturing factory. He is currently serving as a Power Systems Power Investments Technical Lead Engineer at Saudi Aramco, where he has played a pivotal role in major Cogeneration and CCPP projects in the Kingdom for the past seven years.
