Ahmed Montaser is an engineering and asset management leader with expertise in Asset
Integrity, Reliability, and strategic business transformation within capital-intensive industries.
Combining deep technical expertise with an MBA, he bridges the gap between engineering
reliability and financial performance, helping organizations maximize asset value, optimize life
cycle costs, and enhance operational profitability.
Throughout his career, Ahmed has championed data-driven reliability strategies that improve
operational excellence, reduce downtime, optimize CAPEX and OPEX, and align maintenance
practices with broader business objectives such as EBITDA, ROI, and sustainable growth. He is
passionate about transforming maintenance organizations from cost centers into value-creating
business functions while leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders from the
shop floor to the executive boardroom.
Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master of Business
Administration (MBA). He is certified in API 510, API 570, API 571, AWS Certified Welding
Inspection (CWI), NDT Level II (RT, UT, VT, PT, and MT), and is an IRCA Lead Auditor for ISO
9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
